Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are Classes Beginner Friendly?

    Absolutely. Our classes are designed to meet you where you’re at — no experience required. Our instructors create a supportive, welcoming environment and offer hands-on guidance and modifications throughout class.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Just bring yourself, grip socks, water, and comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks and water are available for purchase in studio.

  • How Early Should I Arrive?

    First time? Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and a proper machine introduction. Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule my class?

    Yes! Classes can be canceled or rescheduled through your account online or in the app a minimum of 12 hours before class start time.


    If a class is canceled within 12 hours of the start time or missed:

     • A $15 late cancellation fee will apply

     • A $20 no-show fee will apply


    This policy ensures fair access to classes for all clients and supports a consistent experience across our community.

  • Do you offer student discounts?

    Yes! Please email us from your student email account and include a photo of your valid student ID to receive 10% off a membership or class pack.
